Finished and open!

The sod was installed on Tuesday and the final inspections were completed on Thursday. We are a little late but on budget and the finished product is great.

SRS Progress Report V

• The brick paving will be finished today.
• The interior equipment will be installed today and tomorrow.
• Finish plumbing and electrical today and tomorrow.

SRS Progress Report IV

This past week we finished: the septic field, rough plumbing, drywall and taping, grading, cart path removal and installation, exterior painting, floor paint and sealer and the appropriate inspections.

This coming week our plans are: finish all interior work, install equipment, sod exterior and install the brick pavers. We're on the goal line with just a few days left.

SRS Progress Report III

Now that we have secured the septic permit from Oakland County, we are making great progress. The concrete floor is finished, interior electrical is in progress, the septic field will be done by the end of the day tomorrow and the cart path and grading work starts on Monday.

Due to the permit delay, our new timeline is to be finished sometime before May 22nd.

SRS Progress II

We are awaiting final approval by Oakland County Health Division for the septic field. While we wait, we can still lay brick, work on framing, minor electrical and water. If we receive the permit from OCHD, we are confident we can finish by the end of April.

SRS Progress

Roofing is nearly complete. Windows and brick work will be done next week and once we receive the permit for the septic system, we'll install that too. Still looking at the end of April finish date.

South Refreshment Stand

The South Refreshment Stand (SRS) at #8 tee has walls as of this morning. Progress is good. The weather is not an impediment; a little rain would take out the frost in the ground.

Still on target and on budget.

Foundation Started on Tuesday

The South Refreshment Stand (SRS) was started on Monday. The foundation was excavated, concrete poured and inspected by the township, supplies delivered and stockpiled.

Framing begins on Thursday and by next week, we'll see the shell take shape. Our substantial completion date is April 15th at which time we'll be open for business.

New Refreshment Facility #8 South

The new facility on #8 tee South will begin this week. Part of that project requires the installation of a septic field. The test holes for that were dug last week and we should have the results and subsequent permits in about 1 month.
