Fertilizing

We are now in a period of feeding the golf course. Late fall 2011 applications of Nitrogen have been used up by the turfgrass and now it's time to give it a small booster shot. Over the next two weeks we will be fertilizing all of the fairways and rough. These are our major spring applications that will take us into summer; we will not fertilize again until late June or early July.

Tomorrow we will also be continuing aerification and fertilization of tees.
