Cart Tracks in the Rough


Because we have made a concerted effort to irrigate less, the turf is under greater stress. During periods of hot and dry weather, any traffic on stressed turf will cause damage ... and that is what you are seeing around the golf courses. Most of this damage occurred last Saturday. It's not permanent and it will recover after last nights rain.

Less irrigation at night leads to better long-term health of the turf and better playing conditions.
